1.Q: Can I pay with a cheque?

A: Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.

2.Q: How many items can I order?

A: There is no limit! You are free to purchase as many item from our store as you please.

3.Q: No one's ever at my house. Can I send to my work address?

A: Yes. You are now able to specify an alternate address for delivery.

4.Q: Are returns free?

A: Unfortunately not. We will be not responsible for the shipping and handling costs.

5.Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship internationally to certain countries.

6.Q: Why I haven't received a confirmation email?

A: An automated email would have been sent to the email address that was submitted. If a confirmation email is not received within 24 hours of the order being placed please contact our mail.

7.Q: Can I contact you by phone?

A: Yes we are reachable by phone,see contact us page. If you call and reach voicemail, all lines are in use. Please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. It would be helpful to know the reason you are calling.

8.Q: What if I have worn my shoes? Can I still return them?

A: No. We cannot take back worn shoes, as we will not be able to resell them. If worn shoes are sent back to us they will be shipped back to you at your expense. All shoes asking for return should be in new condition,including package.

9.Q: Why my order still says processing after a few days ?

A: This is normal, once we receive a delivery date your account will be updated with this information so you know when your order will be delivered.

10. Q: I want to make an order but I am outside the UK, is there a chance I may receive customs charges?

A: Yes, there is always this chance when you are ordering from outside the UK, please check with your postal service before placing an order as it is the buyers responsibility for any charges.
